Conscious communication is a central pillar of my Secure Love Creator Path. It is essential because most high-achieving women have a hard time in relationships because they struggle with communication. Not that they are not good communicators, but the problem is that many struggles to be vulnerable and be in touch with their emotions. This can be because of attachment trauma or wounding that caused them to keep those emotions hidden.

If you want to create a much deeper, powerful attraction and emotional bond with a man ready for commitment, it’s essential to become familiar with your emotions and be able to express yourself assertively.

Power of gratitude

But, let me take it down a notch. I will not push you this far. In this article, I will show you how to connect with your gratitude and express it. This is very powerful tool in creating connection and attraction with your date.

This simple tip will help you learn the primary process, which will help you in future situations when you need to express your needs or set boundaries. This is very powerful because, let me tell you, men love to make you happy. When you express your appreciation, they want to do it even more.

And besides that, research shows that it is very beneficial to cultivate gratitude. It helps you feel better about yourself, and who doesn't need some confidence when dating. Additionally, you can access it easily. The practices I will share with you can help you enjoy life more.

Steps to accessing and expressing gratitude on a date

For this to be powerful, it needs to be genuine. If you are a little anxious, it can be hard, but practicing will make a difference. Here are some of the most important steps that help my clients.

Be present and get in touch with your senses

This will help you deal with anxiety too. Focus on simple things. Pause for a moment and take any opportunity to become aware of how wonderful the current moment is. For instance, you are in a lovely restaurant with an amazing guy. Just notice that. Or perhaps the food is delicious. Observe this. Involve your senses. What colors do you see? What smells are around? Is there a breeze or warmth of the sun on your skin? Is there music that you like? 

When you focus on these simple sensory things, you will see how more relaxed you can feel. These simple steps will help you connect with your feelings and senses. You will evoke a mindfulness state from which you can communicate effectively, helping you build an emotional bond with your man. 

Focus on your date and feel the appreciation for him

Regardless of who your date is, consider the fact that you are meeting another human being. Think about the fact that he liked you and chose to spend a couple of hours of his day with you. Time is our most significant resource, and this person gave some of it to you. Just pause and feel the moment of gratitude.

When you think like this, your nervousness will diminish, and your confidence will grow. Feel good about yourself in gratitude for sharing your time with another human being. 

If he is your man, he will be so attracted to you. The way men describe this kind of attraction is something like, “I don’t know. There is something about her. I love her vibe.” Remember, your happiness and joy are what’s irresistible to him. 

Express your gratitude in words

By now, you should be ready to express the gratitude you feel at this moment. Become aware of it. Relish it and rejoice in it. You can keep it totally simple. For instance: 

  •  I love this music.

  •  Oh, yummy! This is delicious.

  • This is an excellent place. Thanks for arranging our date.

  •  Thank you so much. I enjoyed our time together tonight. 

  •  I love spending time together. 

Expressing your gratitude will help you build a strong emotional bond with your man as you also make him feel seen and heard. Remember, men love to please you and make you happy.
